I was a first time buyer and Yvette made the process, which seemed daunting, seamless. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was going on and worked to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend her services if you are looking for a new home!

Yvette has been very helpful with getting us ready to list and then managing the listing itself. She also helped us through the final steps of the process when several items were needed to close the sale. Overall, Yvette is very dedicated, knowledgeable, and aware of the market trends that will impact her clients.

My wife and I are totally satisfied with Yvette's performance on the sale of our Florida house. Her communication skills are excellent, keeping us constantly informed of any and all details regarding the intricacies of such an important decision to put our house on the market. She prescreened potential buyers and helped us decide the best among them. Her advice was invaluable on how to prepare our house for viewing and what to negotiate with the final buyer. Her knowledge of the house market is excellent, knowing the trends and prices in the area. We had many concerns and Yvette was available instantly to clearly explain anything technical or financial that was important to us. As our advocate, she also successfully resolved a problem with a Title Trust company that was being delinquent in sending documents certifying that we had already paid off the HELOC on our current home. Without her intervention, that would have greatly delayed the sale of our house. Additionally, she even worked well with other real estate agents in another state to facilitate the purchase of our next house by keeping them informed of the status of our current sale in Florida. In the end, we got a fair and great price for the house we sold with a minimum of stress in the process. Yvette is a knowledgeable, competent, and pleasant professional who delivers and we recommend her without reservation.
