Awesome Realtor, Even Better Guy

My wife and I were paired up with Carl through getting in contact with Heer Realty, and from the first house that we looked at I could tell we would be sticking with him from square one. Carl was always ready to go look at a house no matter if we were dragging him out to the middle of nowhere or nearby. Without hesitation he was ready for whatever we threw at him. Any questions we had about the process he was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know an answer he knew someone who could get that answer ASAP. During the process of seeing houses it was clear to us that Carl was very knowledgeable about homes and the different systems you'd find in a home. Helping us with any questions we had about the heating or plumbing at first glance and such, our millions of questions about different aspects of home ownership, and pointed out some stuff for us to keep an eye out for. Once we found a house we were looking to put an offer in on, Carl was great at helping us get together an idea of an offer number, and even taught us a bit about how the bidding process works and the different types of bids we could put in. On the house we ended up closing on, he was very knowledgeable about the area and the general going price for houses out that way. We put in an offer based on what we wanted to pay and his suggestion of range, and it ended up getting accepted very quickly and the rest is history! As first time home buyers, the process is terrifying to say the least, but when you've got someone like Carl on your side, it makes things a little less anxiety inducing. My wife and I appreciate Carl and everything he did to help get us to closing on our house and we couldn't be happier! I will definitely be suggesting Carl to anyone I know looking for a realtor in the future, and he's a strong asset to Heer Realty. Thanks for everything again Carl, Zachary and Elizabeth
