Over many home sales experiences, I have dealt with agents who either did not listen, or who obviously had not done their homework when presenting me with their market analysis of my home’s value. Stephanie is an amazing realtor! She's very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and on the grind to help her clients get the home they want, and deserve. I tell you, when she does not have an answer, she gets it, is a voice for you with the other parties, and I mean in a timely manner too! She will not stop searching for you, and when I got frustrated throughout the process, she's found ways to encourage me, and got me back on track. LOL (seriously tho).. Not only an amazing realtor, but truly a people person, and shows dedication to her profession. If you're not happy, she isn't either. This young lady will go over and beyond for you cause she loves to help "deserving", "hardworking" people grow. When I couldn't get something(very needed) done, due to my profession, Stephanie was on it, no joke. I've never experienced this before, but if I had to do it all again, she is definitely my "GOTO" Lady. Mike helped me find the most perfect home. He was right there for any questions I had and was very responsive in a timely manner when I had questions. The forms were easy to sign on my phone, and the sale went so smoothly that I was almost able to close two days early, even in a busy market. I was a first-time home buyer, and he helped me ask for things I did not know to ask for myself, which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars a year on my insurance. All appointments were on time, and I absolutely love my new home! Thank you!

I cannot even begin to describe how outstanding of a job Darrell did selling my house for above asking price and within days of being listed. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, kindness, and hard working skills are above and beyond the normal expectations. Not only did he sell my house for me but he helped me to buy another house that was an absolute nightmare. He did the work of two agents on the house I bought with my boyfriend and even through and being ill he never stopped working for a second. If it wasn’t for Darrell the transaction would not have gone through and we wouldn’t be enjoying our home. I never knew a real estate agent would and could work so hard for someone like Darrell did for us.
