•Kim has been a blessing to my family in search of a home. I went through three other realtors before Kim came into our lives. I didn't know that finding a house would be more difficult than buying it. The first realtor I had didn't know much about the business(I think I was her first client) the second realtor wanted me to buy whatever house she thought was suited for my family and the last realtor was just way too busy to even make my family a priority. Kim was everything my husband and I expected our realtor to be. She listened to our wants and needs in buying our first home. She worked around our busy schedules and drove across town and county lines just to show us potential homes. She has a well knowledge of real estate and even if she may not know the answer to a certain question (we're not all perfect) Kim always made sure that she did her research and provided us with the answer and supporting details. When it came time for closing of our house. Kim kept us in the loop of what was going on. Kim worked with us in finding a home for about 8 to 9 months and it was not until the 7th month that I realized she had other clients as well. Her personal dedication that she shows to each of her clients is just that spectacular, it is irreplaceable. The passion she has for her work and for her people(clients) is something that can't be taught because it comes from the heart. With all that being said I would strongly recommend Kim Eastwood as anyone's first time realtor or even if it is not your first time buying a house. My husband and I both agree that when it comes time to sell our house and look for another one, Kim is who we will be calling.
