I had a difficult property purchase but working with Kyle Flanigan and Erica Diaz team made it a whole lot easier. The owner lived out of state, was elderly (92) with a lawyer trying to handle the transaction on behalf of the elderly couple. Where the Lawyer got Covid and couldn't visit the couple for a period of time. Then there was incorrect information on the property being sold and the price needed to be renegotiated. With all this back and forth and waiting. The great communication and being informed made this transaction possible. Kyle didn't give up and kept at it. I had the right realtor for my purchase!
