I've known Sarahi for years (since High School) but reached out to her a little over a year ago to discuss what options I had available to either sell my current home or buy a second property. I had very little knowledge of the market and what I could do with what I had. Sarahi spent some time with me to help me clear up some of my questions. I knew at that moment that I wanted to work with her in the future in some capacity. Fast forward a year and a half later, I moved to a different state and decided to sell my home in Florida. I reached out to Sarahi and she answered yet again all of my questions so gracefully. She presented all the information about the sale and what I could make, she put together a game plan, walked me through it, gave me clear action items, and kicked off the process. Sarahi communicated everything I needed to know, every step of the way, and gave me confidence that I could count on her to drive this sale while I was out of state. On top of that, I was in the middle of a 5,000 mile road trip traveling through 3 different timezones. She didn't miss a beat! We worked with Jennifer in the summer 2021 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part Jenniffer incredible work. She brought in a wonderful photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers. Jennifer was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions. She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience! We will hire her again for our next sale.
