Sarahi was great at finding a home that had what we were looking for even with the crazy market we set out to buy a home in. We decided to go with new builds and Sarahi was very knowledgeable of the different builders and set the appropriate expectations. Through searching we found many beautiful homes along the way. Sarahi actually located a builder we never heard of before and they had the home that when we stepped inside the model it checked off so many of the boxes and we fell in love. Although that location wasn't ideal we were able to be the 1st on the V.I.P. list and had 1st choice of the lot in the community we ultimately decided on. The process with the builder was a bit of a struggle but Sarahi kept us informed and stand in contact with the builders keeping a pulse on progress and execution. I would recommend Sarahi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and competitive real estate agent. This is the market of if you snooze you lose.....AND WE WON! Thanks again Sarahi for seeing us through this home buying experience.

I've known Sarahi for years (since High School) but reached out to her a little over a year ago to discuss what options I had available to either sell my current home or buy a second property. I had very little knowledge of the market and what I could do with what I had. Sarahi spent some time with me to help me clear up some of my questions. I knew at that moment that I wanted to work with her in the future in some capacity. Fast forward a year and a half later, I moved to a different state and decided to sell my home in Florida. I reached out to Sarahi and she answered yet again all of my questions so gracefully. She presented all the information about the sale and what I could make, she put together a game plan, walked me through it, gave me clear action items, and kicked off the process.
