Jennifer loves what she does and it shows by sincerely answering all of our questions and easing our doubts. We were able to trust her within a couple of weeks. The decision to sell our first home came with a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. It was very important for me to find a realtor that was honest, knowledgeable and was easy to communicate with. Jennifer is all that and more. She came well prepared to our first meeting and quickly put me at ease, the decision to hire her made complete sense. She was on point with the advice on how to prepare our home for showings and open house. She brought in a professional photographer who took great pictures that perfectly showed our home. The day our home hit the market, we already had quite a few showings and a successful open house during the weekend. Multiple offers were received within a few days, and she did not skip a beat sending us every offer that came through and took the time to call and explain them all. She quickly made me aware and handled any issues during our closing process. I want to point out how available Jennifer always is, she is very responsive to any texts and if she says she will call you at 3pm she will call you exactly at that time! She is so friendlyyy and respectful at the same time. I simply loved working with her and look forward to continuing to do so with any other real estate matters.
