Pam and Jan live in Lake Caroline so know the area first hand. They gave us good advice and great service. They coordinated work on the property after we moved and before the house sold. That was a great help since we were no longer in the area. By their work we achieved our main goal of selling the house before the end of 2024 and the house was not on the market until October 2024. We were very pleased with that. We would recommend Pam Lawrence to anyone house hunting or selling in the Lake Caroline area.
