Never been more pleased with an agent
It's always difficult to trust an agent to have your best interest first, Shelly Mills certainly earned my trust in a short period of time! This is the second home she has sold for me, and each time was nothing less than incredible. She's honest, in that she tells you what you NEED to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. I've had many agents in the past say whatever sounded good in order to get my listing, then did nothing to work towards effectively selling my home. She arranged for staging in my home, and it lead to not only the home being sold immediately after the open house, but well over asking price. She kept in constant contact with me and kept me informed of what she was doing and why. She let me know what she needed from me, and I sat back and watched her go to work for me and my family as if it were her home. I'm in the market for another home for my family, I will only trust Shelly for that task, and have happily referred her to a coworker, who is looking for a starter home as his first. Having an agent with this much experience in all areas of real estate is incredible, the fact that she works so hard for you and your family as well, is a huge bonus.
