•Nancy Parana defies superlatives. There are not enough positive words to describe working with her. We both bought and sold with Nancy. Her experience and expertise are indisputable. We knew we could ask any question and she would give us an honest answer. If it was yes or no she would say so and we could trust we were getting the truth. If she didn't know an answer, she was one of those rare people who could say "I don't know but I'll do my best to find out". No issue was too tough for her to deal with and she solved anything and everything quickly and professionally. We loved working with Nancy. Well known in Bisbee, more than one person recommended her. In turn, we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
Nancy has excellent communication skills; she listens carefully and explains the very complex process of real estate thoroughly and patiently. She knows the market inside and out. She helped us problem solve, and remained solution oriented throughout both buying this property seven years ago and selling it this month when we needed to leave Arizona. When we bought the property here in Arizona we lived out of state and we had her there every step of the way to find the perfect home while we still lived in Washington. When we sold here in Arizona due to illness she worked tirelessly to find buyers ; she even talked us through the emotional stress of all that difficulty calmly and with true compassion . Nancy found us an agent back in Washington and worked closely with that agent to help us relocate and buy another home in Washington. When we leave Arizona, my beautiful home state, we will already have a new place to land thanks to Nancy going the extra mile and a half for us. We cannot recommend Nancy more emphatically!
