•We met Cindy about a year ago when we were planning on moving to Galveston/Houston area. What can I say that will describe her! She is very professional, efficient and knows the market. She does her homework to find the best options for her clients. More importantly she knows how to interpret contracts for her clients and guide them. She is not intrusive, meaning she does not try to change the direction in which her client is heading unless it is towards a full disaster. In that situation she is very gentle in guiding them back . Working with her has been a pleasure and if we were to sell the place we have purchased with her help and guidance, we will use her as the selling agent. In short, she is an OUTSTANDING agent.
Cindy Kipling is a highly knowledgeable professional who takes excellent care of her clients and no detail is too small for her attention which resulted in the best possible deal and terms afforded to her clients. It's a real advantage to have an agent who is professional, knowledgeable and experienced. We thank her for all of this and more. She was our agent but is now also our friend
