•There aren't adequate words to express the gratitude and admiration I hold for Georgia and her colleague, Stephanie. Due to a very serious illness, my then-ex-wife (we've since remarried) needed to move in with me in Denver for medical care and to be near our children. Frankly, we dreaded putting her house up for sale because the market is so tough right now. Everyone said it was hopeless! But a dear friend recommended Georgia. Despite this endorsement, I went into the process with suspicion because it so often seems poor service and sketchy business ethics are the new norm. Georgia and Stephanie immediately put us at ease. They literally took care of everything, and I mean everything. And they did so with the kindest and most generous spirits imaginable. Plus, they were able to sell the property shockingly fast, relieving us of the worry and financial burden of a house my wife could no longer use. I could go on indefinitely about the kind of people Georgia and Stephanie are…the dignity, compassion and sensitivity they demonstrated at every turn. But I think you get the gist. You'd probably like to know about their knowledge and competence as realtors. Let’s just say they know the process inside out. They kept us informed at every step of the way and made what was an extremely painful and daunting decision as easy as anyone could hope for. Bottom line: If I or one of my friends ever needed real estate help, I would personally drive them down and introduce them to Georgia and Stephanie. No one else would do! They aren't just realtors, they are now our dear friends.
