•I cannot recommend Kim enough, I truly believe we wouldn't have gotten the amazing house we did (in this market!) without her expertise. She's incredibly patient and sweet, but firm and knowledgeable with the other parties. This was our first house and she explained everything very well and was extremely responsive to all of our questions. She made us feel like we were her only clients and was so generous with her time. Kim is a complete expert and she has the awards she has for a reason. We were so lucky to have her and she is a delight to work with. I could write a small novel singing her praises. She helped my boss find a great house last year as well. If you want a house and a smooth buying experience, go with Kim!
