James was awesome, he really took the time and explained the process

James was awesome, he really took the time and explained the process. We let him know what we were looking for and he gave us plenty of options, we did struggle to get an offers accepted due to the market being flooded with cash offers, but James stayed positive through it all, he informed us that there was a risk of that happening before we even started. Also Brittney is pretty great too, will definitely work with them again.
