•Let me start off by saying Tameka Thomas does not get enough credit as she deserves, she has gone above and beyond assisting with the sale of my home. She was very patient and understanding not only with my needs but with my tenants needs/schedule/preferences/request as well. She did so well negotiating and making sure the buyer and seller met halfway and got me way more than I initially wanted to list my home for. She definitely isn't one of those people that just do it for a check, she explained the whole process step by step and was able to navigate with my real life questions and concerns in detail and guided me in the more effective path. Anyone else may have tried to take advantage of me and my situation, especially with me being a first time seller but from day one Tameka took my situation and created a way to maneuver through any obstacle and never cracked under pressure. Not to mention I was living out of state during most of the process and she did her due diligence. Honestly and truly I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Tamkea Thomas.
