•Vicki had been my father's realtor since he and my stepmother moved out to Phoenix in the mid 90s. She helped them find a few different homes during their time there and she became a friend as well as their realtor. My stepmother passed away in 2021 and I went out to Phoenix to help my 92 year old father through the process of losing his spouse of 50 years. He told me that when it was his time he wanted Vicki to handle the sale of his house. His time came in March of 2022 and I went out to settle his estate. I had a number of realtors contact me and offer to sell his home but as per his wishes I contacted Vicki. The house had always been well maintained and I was looking to sell quickly as is. Vicki understood and was able to make it happen. She handled everything, got a top dollar cash offer arranged and closed in just over a month. Outside of the her professionalism as a realtor I was fortunate to work with someone who knew my parents. She really helped make the process of closing out their lives easier with recommendations on everything from auctioning off furniture to donated clothes and other items. It was a difficult time for me and she helped tremendously and for that I will always be grateful.
