You will feel immediately comfortable and in good hands. What you can't know immediately is her ability to be direct and professional. Kelly was spot on with each and every interaction with myself, my husband, the sellers and the selling agent. She was never emotional and instead objective. She was quick to respond to all questions (and I had many) and provided detailed explanations, verbal and written. Kelly certainly went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent. I can not think of a single negative except that the process and dealings with Kelly are over now that my house has closed!
