•Erika helped me sell my place in Golden and then find and buy a place in northern Fort Collins. There were a couple of fall-through offers on my place in Golden and Erika worked diligently throughout the selling process to keep me and my prospective buyers informed and happy with the process and product. It seems to me that selling real estate can be a tricky and complex process at times and Erika was able to provide clarity and expertise throughout. She helped me find contractors to do some needed repair and maintenance prior to putting my place on the market and also served as my advocate for making sure the place I was buying was in good working order. She spent time on week nights and weekends to keep up with emails and phone calls related to my house(s) to keep things moving in an expedited manner. Erika was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to make a real estate transaction. Thanks Erika for all you do!
