•Can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for the love and care Ryan Proper took towards making sure we got exactly what we needed from the sale and closing of our home. We had an extremely unique property that the buyers couldn't quite get their financing in place but Ryan kept us up to date throughout all of it and fought to make sure everything worked out and it eventually did. He, his wife Kelly and their team are very established within the real estate community and we thank and look forward to working with them when we purchase our new property in the not so distant future. Highly recommend them for finding your future home or selling process as they are the "proper" team for the job.
