•My husband and I had no idea the process of purchasing a "snowbird" home out-of-state. I found Keri through an internet search and she guided us through the process which required tons of phone calls, internet paperwork, and showing us homes in several communities around the Phoenix area. Keri is willing to show homes on both the west and east side of the Phoenix/metro area which was important to us because we hadn't "zeroed" in on which community we wanted to buy in. As buyers she totally protected us, made excellent recommendations of home and pest inspectors, and spent hours making sure that the buying process was going without any hiccups. We went from March 30th, 2016 not knowing anything about buying out-of-state to owning a "snowbird" home by June 30th, 2016. Keri made the process a breeze and we couldn't be happier!!
