•Brian did a great job of not only advising my wife and I of what needed to be done to the property prior to listing to maximize profits, but he also advised us on what we didn’t have to spend money on. He had professional pictures taken that made the house look amazing and really pop!! I barely recognized it! When it came time to price, he nailed the listing price based on his extensive knowledge of the Valley real estate market. We had multiple offers the first day it was on the market and we had cash in the bank 22 days after listing. My wife and I will be using him on our next purchase. I typically do not do reviews, but felt compelled to based on how smooth and seamless working with Brian was. You will not be disappointed putting your trust in him. Steve & Tanja Lewis
