Mark is very knowledgeable in properly prepping and pricing the home for sale. He understands the process from purchase contract through the close of escrow. He knows how to keep the process moving. He knows how to market the home using excellent photographs and property description for the MLS. He responds immediately by phone, text, and email. He demonstrates excellent negotiating skills during the contract and BINSR phases of the process. Mark is very personable, has a friendly disposition, and is a pleasure to work with.
