Great Agent!

Lorraine is a lovely person AND a great agent who helped us find exactly what we wanted. When the house was not available for a showing on our schedule, she scheduled a facetime viewing the following week so that we could see inside before deciding to make the 2-hour drive again. We were going out of the country for a month the week after we made our offer, and Lorraine already had an inspector on hold so that we could get that done before we left. While we were gone, she was very responsive and helpful in spite of the 9-hour time difference. She also is a WEALTH of information - from inspectors, to handmen, to insurance brokers, etc. etc. Throughout the process, we have always felt like we were her only client because of the time and attention she has provided. Now that we have closed, we know that we have a friend in the area.
