•She was unfailingly upbeat and responsive whenever I called, and quickly earned our complete trust. Tina offered invaluable advice, devising a sales strategy that highlighted existing attributes of an older but well-maintained house without pouring huge amounts of money into a complete refurbishment. As a result, the house was on the market sooner and with less expense than it could have been. I relied on her stable of reliable contractors to do necessary repairs and cleaning at high quality and reasonable price. The house had a full price offer within 30 days. Of particular note was her follow-through and relentless pursuit of representing my Mother's interests to overcome the inevitable subsequent hurdles to closing. Overall, I cannot recommend Tina Wyatt and her team highly enough.
