•In September, 2025, I decided to move across Phoenix. I had a neighborhood in mind, and a friend recommended Nancy Golden as a realtor. We met and discussed what I had in mind, and she took it from there, reviewing homes for sale and providing recommendations. She did three things that I thought were essential. She used her expertise to help me assess the homes for sale, looking for items that I, with my lack of experience, did not see (repairs, closeness to traffic noise). Second, when I found a home I wanted to buy, she acted on my behalf and provided fantastic comparable properties so the offer I made was what I thought was reasonable. In retrospect, her comps saved me a fortune, I did not buy the home and months later, it is still on the market. Third, after working with her and seeing her in action, I trusted her judgement, counsel and experience to help guide me. From initial decision to home close, it took two months. The home I purchased is perfect for me, I paid a fair price and didn’t suffer any unwelcome surprises. Overall, I would give her an A+ for her work.
