My wife and I had a truly great experience with Patrick at our side to say the least. He was absolutely on point with the way he priced and listed our house which brung about some competitive offers and in the end a higher final sale price. Our concerns about inspection items being that we were out of state...were put at ease with Patrick's vast construction knowledge along with his meetings and discussions with contractor's throughout. His absolute attention to detail and verifying the buyers qualifications prior to contract led us to close on time and as expected!!!
