•This is my 3rd transaction with Michael Wiley. I have known Michael for over 10 years and he is a personal friend and a great realtor. He sold my house in 1 day the first time I dealt with him in 2013 and then I bought my home through him in 2014. In January 2017 I found a condo I really liked and contacted Michael about looking at it. I put in an offer and bought it. Now I had to sell my house and Michael was ready to sell it for me. Michael knows how to market homes and has his own photographer whose pictures make your house look so good you will want to buy it! My house was priced at $195,000 and it sold for $197,000 within a few days. Everything went smoothly thanks to Michael and I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a home. He is the best realtor in the West Valley.
