•Kim is an amazing agent. Her expertise in real estate are invaluable, especially during a quickly changing market. She knew how to price our home aggressively, was realistic with our expectations for the sale from the start, and helped us through every single step of the sale. She honored our goals we had in going through with the sale, and was very protective of us and our goals as we navigated multiple showings and offers. The pictures she ordered of our home were beautiful but also a realistic representation of our home- people coming to view the home saw in person exactly what they saw online. She marketed the house so that when many other homes around were having very little traffic, our home was very visible and we had many showings. We had two offers that backed out for no fault of our own or hers, and she calmly got us back on track, and helped keep our anxiety at bay. She even arranged for backup offers when we were negotiating on our second offer. That backup offer ended up purchasing our home, we are so thankful she worked diligently on those backup deals! Our move is out of state, and Kim communicated with our PA agent, keeping him up to date with the sale here. She has a strength in working with other agents, she communicates with them clearly and effectively- whether it be to the buyers agents or as we mentioned, our PA agent. We could go on forever with praise for Kim and her hard work. If we ever move back to Arizona she is who we would call, and who we would encourage all our friends and family to use if they need a competent agent. She puts her clients needs first, is professional, knowledgeable, loyal, and truly the best in the business.
