•She looked at the property and gave me ideas on the price and things that needed to be corrected on the phone. So I came up there to meet her and check out the ideas that needed to be looked at and fixed. She was 100% right on what needed to be done. I didn't know the exact shape it was in but we met there with my son and did all the things that she thought we be a help in selling the home. It worked exactly like she thought. Sold in a short time and when we had a problem after the contract that neither us or her noticed she immediately got somebody up there to call me and we told him the problem and he got it fixed for a reasonable price and so the buyers would be happy also. Very nice meeting her and she spent a lot of time that day with us and met most of the neighbors and that also was very good thing to do. She is very knowledgeable about what the buyers would want and how they will react to every circumstance. She stayed in touch by text about what was gong on and the showings and the results of the showing. We were very pleased with the whole transaction and the final results. Can't imagine using anybody else to sell or buy a property up in that area.
