Risa Waite is an absolute dream realtor + designer + advisor

Risa Waite was an absolute dream realtor and helped us purchase our first home. Where do I even start with feedback that describes her! To start... I contacted Risa the first day our house was listed on Redfin and she had us in the house for a tour within 2 hours. The house we purchased was a complete fixer-upper and Risa took it upon herself to get her contractor in the house to take measurements and provide estimates of work that needed to be done so we had a ballpark number to work with from the beginning - we have continued to work with San Diego Rocktops & Tile, Inc. for multiple projects and it was all due to Risa connecting us to a reliable, kind, and experienced contractor that she has worked with for years. Risa's interior design skills were much appreciated and she designed our new kitchen cabinets and had multiple drawings created with her vendor. She helped with everything - from providing references for structural engineers - to inspection companies - to places to eat in Oceanside - to what paperwork we needed to sign and when - to pretty much everything we asked her. She met me multiple times at Ferguson's and other stores to help me pick out appliances, flooring, and fixtures. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and was a supportive counselor and friend throughout the entire journey... and beyond - we closed almost 6 months ago and we still reach out to Risa because we just adore her! She's come over to see the progress on the house multiple times and continues to offer her design skills with all the never-ending projects. To sum it up... We won the mega lottery when we met Risa - special thank you to spotsavespets.org for referring her as an outstanding realtor, interior designer, animal lover, and overall amazing person. We truly appreciate the amount of time Risa spent with us "newbies" and her generous donation to SPOT. Risa's kindness will go a long way in saving more animals and finding them their forever homes. She sure helped
