Great Agent Experience

Erica is very knowledgeable In her field and whenever I requested additional information, i.e. home warranty plans, termite inspection companies, etc, she was always more than happy to provide the information. Also during my close, which was not the greatest due to the buyers agent, she was the peacemaker and clarified information on documents and had my back throughout the close 200%. She was always honest regarding the market place, value price etc, so I knew exactly how much the home would sell for. Erica made the selling of my house bearable because I was hit with some difficult unexpected situations during the entire ordeal. If I had to do it again she would be my agent!
