•Rhonda has got to be the the most kindest, knowledgable, reliable, and prompt Realtors out there! I made contact with Rhonda on Christmas Eve 2019! and expressed my interest in purchasing my first home using my VA loan. I lived in Virginia and was looking for property in Providence, RI. We closed 2/13/2020! Rhonda went and looked at the homes and called me on FaceTime to give me a tour! Rhonda even gave suggestions that the home inspector was surprised she knew and agreed on the suggestions that she had! The selling agent we had to deal with was a bit sluggish (the nicest way to put it) through most of the buying process, but Rhonda made sure it was not something I needed to worry about and she was able to keep the process moving without me having to get involved or concerned. Even after purchasing the home, she helped find tenants for the first floor unit, doing the Open House and conducting background checks/employment verification services as well! Thank you so much for everything Rhonda! I could not have asked for a better Realtor!
