Hector Torres has assisted our family with multiple home sales. In September 2014 a rental home sold in just 2 weeks. I appreciated that when an original offer came in he totally supported my choice to not accept and was then successful in negotiating a higher offer and sale. He is very familiar with the market and handled every detail perfectly. When requested he advised me on whether to remodel or sell as is. His judgment turned out to be right on and I did not invest any money in upgrading yet yielded a strong sale price. Hector is very personable and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

Matt plugged us into the right area, at the right price. He was professional, expedient, and made sure the seller delivered everything they had promised, even after the closing. No doubt I would use Matt again, except for the fact that I don't think we will ever want to move from the place he found for us! When you come to a new city, its good to have people you can trust. I have been working with Matt for about 6 months now. We met while I was staying at the Biltmore for a work trip. After visiting Phoenix, I knew that I wanted to purchase a second home there. I stopped by the Real Estate office in the hotel and was lucky enough to meet Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things Phoenix and knew exactly what I was looking for. He is very conversational, and easy to get a hold of. Unfortunately we had a deal fall through but I will continue working with Matt until I find the right place.
