This is my 3rd transaction with Michael Wiley. I have known Michael for over 10 years and he is a personal friend and a great realtor. He sold my house in 1 day the first time I dealt with him in 2013 and then I bought my home through him in 2014. In January 2017 I found a condo I really liked and contacted Michael about looking at it. I put in an offer and bought it. Now I had to sell my house and Michael was ready to sell it for me. Michael knows how to market homes and has his own photographer whose pictures make your house look so good you will want to buy it! My house was priced at $195,000 and it sold for $197,000 within a few days. Everything went smoothly thanks to Michael and I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a home. He is the best realtor in the West Valley.

I was referred to Rob through a friend and I'm so thankful for this! Rob was able to help us sell our house and close on a new one. Rob was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive to our busy work/life schedules. We had many questions going into to this whole process of buying and selling a home at the same time. Rob was able to explain every part of the process and give us total peace of mind. He went above and beyond to ensure that our transition went flawlessly. He listen to everything that my husband and I wanted to find in a house. He truly found us our dream home. If you want to find your home and get the most knowledge you need to go with Patty. She is so on top of her game. My family was in need of finding a home asap we where in the process of building a home that fell through because the build time went way past the expected time.We luckly found Patty and she was all over it and even went above and beyond and showed us 16 listings in one day and we put in offer in on our home same day and got us a close date alittle under 3 weeks!!! She is awesome does not mess around and was a pleasure to work with. Don't waist your time with other realitors Patty knows everything there is to know and then some!!.
