Last summer, our decision to move to Phoenix led me to discover Joe through Copilot, and it was an excellent choice! Joe exceeded our expectations with his professionalism, extensive knowledge, and warm demeanor. He took the time to familiarize us with the local area, carefully selected properties that aligned with our preferences, and guided us seamlessly through the entire process. Thanks to Joe, we found our dream home in just two weeks, and we're still thrilled with it. I highly recommend Joe to anyone searching for a reliable and exceptional real estate agent!

When my wife and I needed a real estate agent, our daughter recommended Justin White who had recently helped her when she wanted to move from Tucson to Phoenix. Our daughter was right - Justin is a great real estate agent! He helped us through the entire process. He listened to us when we talked about what we wanted and what we could afford. He gave us guidance about neighborhoods and the houses we looked at. It didn't take long at all for him to help us find the perfect house for us. He is always available to answer questions. He has connections to a good team of people who can address any issue that might arise. I highly recommend him!

Mike handled the sale of my home professionally and efficiently - exactly what you would expect from your real estate agent. I highly recommend him. Mike helped me with my home's valuation and list price that led to multiple offers near the price he recommended. I received an offer near list price and terms sought that I was able to accept within four days. I even had a backup offer. Considering the current dynamic market conditions, I am very pleased with the result. Also, Mike's advice and assistance prior to listing the home was invaluable as well.

Joe Janus recently sold my home for me in Phoenix. Joe was patient, knowledgeable and had a team of people that showcased my house in the best possible way. His stager gave me great feedback and his photographer did an excellent job. This was my first home sale, and Joe was not only knowledgeable in the local market, he was wonderful at calming my fraying nerves. When he tires of the real estate market, he has a bright future as a therapist. I highly recommend Joe and his team should you be buying or selling in the Phoenix metro area.

Can not say enough about the positive experience I just went through, from the start of the buying experience until the very end at closing. Nili is the most diligent, knowledgeable and truly caring realtor I have worked with in the past 35 years. A true professional that will have your back from beginning to end of the buying process. She is up on the latest housing rules and trends occurring in the market, does all the necessary due diligence to protect and represent her client and always, always quick to respond. She goes the extra mile and truly one of the most pleasant people to work with. Do not hesitate to use her for all your real estate needs!

I'm so happy I went through this homebuying process with Kim. She is knowledgeable, patient and up to speed on all things housing market. She was also resourceful and has a wonderful network of people she works with who were able to answer any and all my questions. Her referrals were also Knowledgeable and honest. After many offers in a wild housing market, I had an offer accepted on a home I didn't believe I had a strong offer on. But thanks to Kim's great negotiating skills, my offer was accepted and our family is moved and and thrilled with out new home. I can't recommend Kim enough and I will continue to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Phoenix and surrounds areas.

Kim Grant is a very professional realtor. She gave us very good advice on how to ready our house for the market. She has many contacts, which we used, for painting, landscaping, etc. She was responsive to our many questions; we had never sold a house before and she guided us every step of the way. Kim's goal was to get the best price possible for our house, and she had our interest at heart. We highly recommend Kim Grant.

She is also a tremendous resource for allied services which may become necessary when selling your home, such as handyman, painter, carpet cleaners, and yard maintenance. I wanted to move back to Phoenix metro area after moving out of Arizona 2 years ago. Friends referred me to Kim. I told her where I was looking to buy and my requirement for a smaller town home. She acted as my eyes since I was willing to risk making this purchase site unseen. She understood my needs and walked me through homes via video chat. I'm very happy with my new purchase and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home in Metro Phoenix area.
