I cannot recommend Kim enough, I truly believe we wouldn't have gotten the amazing house we did (in this market!) without her expertise. She's incredibly patient and sweet, but firm and knowledgeable with the other parties. This was our first house and she explained everything very well and was extremely responsive to all of our questions. She made us feel like we were her only clients and was so generous with her time.
