Olga was a great seller's agent for me. I was selling a home for an estate in a neighborhood that I was unfamiliar with. Olga had just sold the house across the street and I met her when she was picking up her signs. We scheduled a time to get together and she came prepared. In depth market analysis. Great suggestions on small tweaks to make the house present better and resources available to make those tweaks happen quickly. The result was a quick sale with a higher net than expected. I went to Mike because he sold my son his house and then helped with the closing on his new home. TJ couldn't say enough good things about Mike and I had actually met him during my son's transactions. I was immediately impressed and when I decided to sell my house there was no question in my mind that I would use Mike. Fortunately, my decision was the right one.
