Both Pam and Toni spent countless hours really honing in on the market, providing comps, and painting a realistic picture of our home value. We had a great experience with our 1st time purchase of a home. Toni and Karin were helpful from beginning to end. They explained everything, were always available to answer any questions and help coordinate with quality people we needed to purchase our home, such as the mortgage broker, Inspectors etc. They were both extremely kind and generous with their time. When we started off the process I felt so lost speaking with other realtors, it was by chance I called them and it was the best decision I ever made. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Toni. She went way above and beyond what a typical real estate agent would do or quite frankly should do. Relocating my family to an area I don't know in another state was stressful enough but Toni made it her mission to put us at ease, give us recommendations, and stay in constant communication throughout the entire process. She's great at what she does and is a great person too, I would highly recommend her to anyone.
