We were moving out of state, had interviews with a few agents and David was the only one excited by our home and it's condition. He made the paperwork easy and convenient, worked in our timeline with NO pressure, when we were ready he was there. Being out of state while listing our home is a bit stressful but when David took the reigns it got easier. We left the day before trash day, I asked my neighbor if he would bring our can back up to the house after pick up and his response was "David put it in the garage already".
