•Bill!! Where can I start? It started with me wanting to invest in a rental property to create some side income. And diversify my portfolio by doing my market research and looking into real estate agents that would best suit these needs. I came across Bill, as he was Fist-hand experience in the type of investment property I was looking into, I thought I would meet with him and give them a try. During our initial lunch meeting, he walked me through the expectations and the downfalls of owning a rental property and what to expect. He is very knowledgeable in this aspect and streamlined everything from explaining to me financing, ways to structure my rental, areas that would be beneficial to invest in, and the effort he put into specifically looking into a property that would best fit my wants and needs. We went Lunch to close in 3 weeks due to his due diligence and knowledge. He worked overtime to make the deal happen with everyone's best interest in mind. I can't thank him enough for helping me build my dreams and putting me first through the whole process. We will definitely work together on the next one. He even flew back into town for closing to just make sure everything was explained and went thru. Wow!
