Tammy helped my husband & I find our first home. Being first time home buyers we had a lot to learn on the process. Tammy was patient with us throughout the entire time and explained all the steps to us. She gave great recommendations/advice but was never pushy. Tammy is knowledgeable & caring and truly wants her clients to find their dream home. She is quick in her responses and was always accomodating to our schedules. We are very lucky our paths crossed - we highly recommend her!

Tammy is very professional and wonderful. She's sharp and willing to give as much as needed! She listened to our needs and helped us make the best decisions. She never got tired of showing us homes and always encouraged us to take our time to decide. She always ran comps to help us start the negotiating price. She's very knowledgeable, and always was able to get us answers if unsure about something. She's also very sweet and worked with our schedule and even last-minute showings... We highly recommend her, thank you Tammy!!!

Tammy was excellent in every way during the homebuying process. We began our adventure with Tammy when we attended a First Time Home Buyer's seminar hosted by her. It was highly informative and gave us a great deal of insight on the home buying. We felt comfortable with Tammy's warm personality and genuine desire to help first time home buyers, and ultimately selected Tammy as our real estate agent. <br/><br/>Tammy was a great asset to have at our side, always taking the time to explain each step of the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions - having never done this before there were many! Tammy is extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, friendly, and patient - highly desirable characteristics that were truly appreciated, especially for us newbies.

I would recommend Tammy Hufford to anyone looking for a home. She was dedicated to helping us find a property that suited our needs and desires while staying within our budget. I found Tammy to be very accommodating with regard to the search process. She spent many weekends and evenings going through properties with us. She was knowledgeable about many things and when she was uncertain about something she said so and went about finding an answer. As a first time homebuyer I was insecure and nervous. Tammy guided me through every step of the process with infinite patience and kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and am extremely happy with the outcome!
