Angel Castro did a great, professional job on the sale of our condo. Once the condo was listed he immediately started showing it and it sold in a very short period of time. Angel kept us well informed of every detail and the closing went very smooth. We had already moved out of the area and everything was closed online with the minimum effort on our part. He took care of every detail as well as the title company he uses, who are also very professional. Angel had already taken care of another closing before ours on the sale of my mother's condo. It was listed and a few hours later he already had an offer. The closing went very smooth as well. We are very grateful of all of Angel Castro's efforts and would recommend him as an excellent Realtor.

I had a stellar experience in using Valencia as my real estate agent, who was recommended to me by a relative who had also had an excellent experience with her. Using her deep knowledge of the real-estate sector, she helped me to weigh the pros vs. cons of renovating the house prior to selling it in order to maximize the sales price. Given my tight timeline, however, we decided that it would be best to sell it to an investor in as-is condition. Using her extensive network of contacts in the investor community, she ensured that the open houses that she held were well-attended. We quickly found an investor who was willing to pay a fair price for the house and cover all closing cost. Valencia made the closing experience as quick and painless as possible by allowing me and the seller to review and sign all documents online. It was real pleasure working with Dayakar. With his vast experience as a Realtor, I guess he knows the pulse of buyer and understand our specific requirements. Based on our requirements, he has narrowed down searches and could present us suitable properties well within the budget. He is good listener, considers every requirement of our (Buyer) preferences, good negotiator, flexible, could connect with him any time , be it late night or early in the morning, and he is there at every step during our buying process. Jessie is everything someone wants in a realtor! I’ve never met someone so passionate about what they do. Jessie is always on top of everything from emails, phone calls, texts, viewings!
