It is so rare to meet someone with such kindness and concern for a client’s welfare. Cheryl is tops.

Cheryl is very knowledgeable about real estate in our area. She guides us through the entire process expertly and has a knack for remembering all our important “details”, which is especially helpful for we elderly folks. A big standout with Cheryl is she’s never without a smile. It is obvious she loves her job … helping people. Simply can’t say enough about how wonderful Cheryl is … and her auctioneer husband Barry is right up there too.

Went 100% over what would be normal for any agent I have ever dealt with in the past.

Cheryl Absolutely Amazing!!!

Cheryl was very professional. She knew the market. She knew the houses that we wanted to see and researched them ahead of time for us She showed care and compassion and treated us like her family.
