LeiAnn worked with me to locate a house in Ocala while I sold my house in ct. She showed me several houses and the house I liked ended being the last. She contacted the seller and offered $3000.00 dollars less then the Listed price so long as the appraisal wasn't less. When bank appraisal came back less she went back to seller and got him to drop price another $3000.oo.
