When buying or selling a house, do these attributes matter? Honesty, integrity, trust, intuitiveness, listens well, knows the housing market, does what it takes to get answers, helps find a lender, will truly work for YOU, if so, Corey is the realtor you MUST HAVE. I had the opportunity to partner with Corey to search for, and purchase our house in Spring Lake. Corey was patient as we looked in a highly competitive market, and he presented us many. His advice was good and kept us encouraged as we presented multiple offers. We endured through 5 offers until we found the right house. He is extremely thorough when offers are presented. Corey is the easiest person to partner with and an all around good person. He is laid-back in demeanor, however, he will work a deal hard to the furthest extent possible. I would highly recommend Corey!!! He will be the one I will call when I decide to sell.
