•Ju'Vonne was very knowledgable of the market and the areas where we looked at homes. He informed me of options I was not aware of such as using earnest money. He never pushed anything or home on me. He was very patient and found as many homes as he could for me to view that fit my criteria. He was always willing to do research about things in the homes I questions about and got back to me with quickly with an answer. After I made an offer on the home, he sent me reminders and check list of things I needed to prepare for the closing. He was with me during the final walk through and took notes. I felt comfortable at the closing because he was there to assist e with questions. I am so happy I chose Ju'Vonne to be my real estate agent. He was the best!
