•I cannot praise Roger's services enough. We purchased a single-family home first in Tarpon Springs and once done, put our condo in the same area for sale. Roger handled both successful transactions with cheerfulness, energy and professionalism. The purchase involved a careful strategy because we wanted something in the area near Howard Park but without a flood insurance requirement, within a <$300K bracket. It was competitive! Great job Roger and special shout out to his assistant and great partner, Kinga Sick. Kinga is did a wonderful job in clear communications, detailed follow-up and advice, all the way through both closings! A very winning combination. Thank you again.
