•We worked primarily with Kenny and Val. The presentation of a team based structure was very helpful for a busy family with a young toddler. Pre-sale - the team had a lot of great analytics and understanding of how to position the market. They also have tremendous contacts with handymen, landscapers, etc to make sure that the houe is ready to go. Post-Offer is where they team really shines (in my opinion). They are truly project managers at heart. They are extremely organized and helpful in facilitating the sale and getting all the things needed to get done. Our house had some repairs that needed to be done post inspection and the team was unbelievable in quarterbacking and making sure we had a smooth closing. Entire team is great. Extra special shoutout to Kenny and Val who we dealt with on a daily/weekly basis.
