Working with Nora was absolutely incredible. She met with us early to tour our house and gave suggestions on what improvements we should make and which ones we should hold off on. She was extremely responsive and helped us balance having our home ready to show while still living in it. We received regular updates on market conditions and had a solid dialogue about timing and pricing to get our home on the market. When it was time to list, she walked through with us and suggested minor touches to help us show the house. We listed the house on a Friday, and after 2 days of open houses and a couple of private showings, we received an offer at nearly full asking price with others interested within 3 days of listing. Our estate needed to get our house sold and were just not getting the level of communication and inputs from our previous agent, in stepped Nora and Latrice.
