Andre was easy to work with which helped to reduce the stress level.

When we first met Andre, it was quite evident he did extensive research to recommend an acceptable selling price. He clearly explained the process to us providing us with copies of his research. We felt confident with all his recommendations. Andre was easy to work with which helped to reduce the stress level. Throughout the process from placing the house on the market to closing, he demonstrated knowledge, experience, compassion & understanding in a friendly but professional manner. When we had to negotiate with the buyer on several occasions, Andre displayed his ability & experience to do what was best for us.
