Unbelievable Turnaround Timeframe

Before working with the Homan Realty Group, we had what every person fears, an over confident realtor who priced our house so far out of reality we sat for almost two months without one walk through even though we had multiple open houses. We fired that realtor. We were desperate, as we were going to lose out on the dream home we found. Tom Homan, Jr stepped in and sat down with us. He personally went through great lengths to help a fellow veteran understand where the market was and what needed to be done to sell the house for maximum profit. We took the steps he mentioned, and after only 2 weeks in one of the worst months to sell a home, we had an offer! We couldn't believe it.
